Thok: the made in Italy company with E-Mtb in its DNA.

Since 2017, Thok E-Bike has been producing and distributing pedal-assisted bicycles designed and engineered entirely in Italy, with great attention to performance.

The company has sport in its DNA: it was founded, in fact, by Stefano Migliorini, former downhill champion, together with Livio Suppo, former team manager from the Moto GP World with the entrepreneurial support of two partners of the Piedmontese industrial group TCN Group , Giuseppe Bernocco and Sebastiano Astegiano.

Thok is the perfect fusion between talent and creativity, with concreteness, dynamism and a corporate vision devoted to internationality.

Since its birth, Thok has decided to produce only pedal-assisted mountain bikes.

This choice was explained as follows by Migliorini: “Because it gives anyone the opportunity to take a bicycle and go for a ride, choosing the distance to travel, how much to work and who to share their time with. With e-MTBs everyone can set out to discover the area in which they live, everyone can reach destinations that they could only reach with a motor vehicle, car or motorbike. This bike, however, does not pollute, is silent and gives you the opportunity to do activities.
Talking about e-bikes means talking about sport, discovery and respect for nature
”.

The concept of inclusion is therefore at the basis of this choice: from the athlete to the novice, from the young boy to the no longer young.

Thok's style is extremely important to the company and is curated by Drudi Design Performance by Aldo Drudi, famous designer of Moto GP pilot helmets.

Despite the strong bond with Italy, Thok is extremely oriented towards the international market.

We are proud to export abroad not only our passion, creativity and Italian style, but also years of existence and experiences linked to the bike world.
The competence, motivation and tenacity of our country flow through our veins, as does the love for things made with care, for innovation, for quality and for design”, said Migliorini.

2019 was the year of the beautiful collaboration born with Ducati, which chose Thok as its technical and strategic partner.

United by the same passion for style and performance, they have managed to quickly enter both the European and foreign markets.

Both Ducati and Thok vehicles are characterized by high quality and manufacturing care and are designed more as niche products than mass ones.
Also thanks to this collaboration, Thok has grown rapidly, both in terms of production capacity and distribution network.

Another fundamental aspect for Thok is innovation, as the company focuses everything on high-end, very technical and refined products.

However, not only in terms of product, but also in the sales system.

Thok's strategy is totally focused on the customer: the sales process, in fact, can be customized in order to try to satisfy the user's expectations and needs. The products can be purchased at home via the site or by requesting telephone support, or from Thok Point retailers.

A further differentiating aspect of Thok is the enormous attention to customers: in fact, a real community of loyal users has been created around the brand, united by the bike and real bonds.

“We always try to associate a name, a face, a story with the sale of one of our bicycles. Many believe that having direct relationships with customers is burdensome and risky. For us it was spontaneous,” Migliorini explained.

THE Takers they come together to get to know each other and share experiences: not just a virtual community, therefore, but an active community that shares various moments such as the Thok Experiences, bike tests accompanied by the staff, the E-Academy powered by THOK, or an e-Mtb school to learn to ride a bike while having fun in complete safety, and the Thok TRIBE, an annual two-day gathering where brands and customers meet.

Not only, therefore, producers of high quality and excellent performance e-bikes, but also promoters of a community with e-mtb in its blood!
