Cycle tourism fair: a weekend full of events

The Cycle Tourism Fair will be held on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd April in Bologna!

A weekend where bicycles will be the protagonists in the exhibition spaces of DumBo: workshops, seminars, cycle tourism ideas, entertainment for the little ones and the Roy Paci concert.

During the event there will also be a free workshop held by Bikeitalia staff on basic and emergency maintenance, where you will see the preventive maintenance operations in view of the departure of your cycling trip, but it will also be useful for dealing with any unexpected events during the journey.

This edition is also designed for the little ones: theKids AreaIn fact, it will be a space dedicated to children, where they can experiment with activities in complete safety. The mission of this space is to make even the littlest ones aware of the importance of an active lifestyle and to teach them to pedal independently and safely even on the road.

For all those interested in world of cycle tourism, there will be a rich and interesting program: presentations, travel ideas, stories and lands to discover and lots of ideas to prepare for a truly unique bicycle travel experience.

The Cycle Tourism Fair will also host interesting characters such as Omar Di Felice and the talk on managing limits, Paola Gianotti, Guinness World Record holder, Dino Lanzaretti, who will talk about his extreme travels from Siberia to South America and the invitation to travel on the feminine with the screening of "Women Don't Cycle”, the documentary film by Manon Brulard which talks about the women she met during her bike journey to Japan.

You may also have the opportunity to win a trip of a week for two people in Gran Canaria: the Gran Canaria tourist board will invite visitors to go on stage in the Central Platform to travel through the landscapes of this fabulous land on a bicycle, challenging and answering the presenter's questions Mariangela Martino.

Finally, on Saturday 1 April, there will be the concert of Roy Paci at the end of the first day of the festival.
