Fasten your helmet, let's go!

Today we travel through the wonders that Lake Garda can offer!

Hinge between Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino Alto-Adige, it is considered the largest Italian lake and, thanks to the brightness of the environment, the mild climate, the prosperous vegetation and the intense color of the lake waters, give an incredible setting for those who want enjoy a weekend full of fun and adventures.

The cycle path suspended on Lake Garda is certainly the most famous excursion as it gives the opportunity to cycle and enjoy the landscape 50 meters above water level. The view is wonderful and a beautiful sunset over the lake offers a truly special moment.

But it is certainly not the only possible path.

Do you have an adventurous soul? Starting from the bridge over the Sarca and continuing in the direction of Dro, you will be able to admire the Arco Castle and its vineyards, then cross the city center and skirt Lake Cavedine and arrive first at Pietramurata and finally at Sarche. This last part of the route is very challenging with several ups and downs, but the landscape will repay every single one of your efforts.

Are you a lover of good wine? Then starting from the city of Garda, on the eastern coast of the lake, proceed to the heart of Valpolicella! Perfumes, vineyards and the river as background sound will be great travel companions!

Another alternative can be found in Malcesine in the province of Verona, which offers comfortable cycle paths for a relaxing tour or more challenging routes with large differences in height and descents for more extreme bikers.

And just finished the bike ride? Cool off with a dip in the lake or relax on the beach, loosen up your muscles with a walk in the beautiful historic center or fill your belly with a nice grill at the Speck Stube.

To conclude, Lake Garda offers, as well as a wonderful landscape, also many possibilities for excursions, from the quietest to the most extreme.
