Among the many new features for 2023 we have also included long-term rental to private individuals and accommodation facilities.

Our proposal Long-term rental to private individuals it is applicable to any type of e-bike, you have no distance limit, you can use your e-bike as many times as you want without limits and you will always have the bike covered by warranty.

Our Long Term Rental Formula allows you to shape the service according to your needs, the advance you intend to pay (from 0 to 1,000 euros) and the additional services you want to include.

If, at the end of the rental, you decide not to redeem the bike, you will be relieved of any worries about reselling your bike: we will take care of collecting it at the initially agreed price, without you having any obligation towards us.

We also offer you the possibility of insure it against theft, guaranteeing maximum peace of mind and peace of mind when purchasing.

We offer you the possibility to rent a fleet of e-bikes, for a period of 12 or 24 months, with an advantageous monthly fee and the possibility of redeeming the e-bikes at the end of the rental, at an initially set price.

What makes our rental proposal unique is the tranquility that we guarantee thanks to the "Maintenance service” of e-bikes.

At least once a month, the E-BIKE TRAVEL shop closest to the Accommodation Facility will carry out an inspection of the e-bikes, to verify their perfect functioning and fix any technical anomaly detected.

If a problem should arise between one inspection and another, the Accommodation will contact the shop which will intervene within the following 48 hours to resolve the problem.

In this way the Accommodation Facilities will be completely relieved of any technical task and will know that they can always count on a precise and punctual maintenance service, with problem resolution within 48 hours of the call.
