CYCLE TOURISM: what to bring to enjoy a worry-free e-bike holiday!

Cycle tourism is a type of holiday that is very different from an "ordinary" holiday both in terms of the type of experience and the "kit" to bring with you.

Backpacks, bags and trolleys come to the rescue, but it is important to distribute the weights correctly so as not to burden the body during pedalling.

The last days before a departure, above all, are always the most chaotic.

“What do I bring?”, “What can be useful if it rains?” “What if it's hot? What if it's cold?”.

Not to mention the thousand "put on and take off" things to do, because in the end there is always something we forget and always something we put in more.

Furthermore, more often than not, at the end of the holiday there are always completely unused objects and clothing that we must reduce to a minimum.

The duration of the trip does not particularly affect "how much" to bring, but the "what" and the season, place, type of trip, food and accommodation are elements to take into consideration when preparing your luggage.

For this reason, here is a detailed list of "must haves" for an unforgettable and worry-free e-bike trip!

First of all, forget about bringing your entire wardrobe with you because "you never know", so prepare a piece of paper and a pen for a functional and detailed checklist!

  • Helmet
  • Pants with pad, short in summer, long for colder weather;
  • Technical underwear shirt, also perforated if it's very hot;

  • Soothing or healing cream;
  • Patches;
  • Bandage tapes;
  • Painkillers;
