BRN VILLAGE: the first village in Italy dedicated to cycling

The BRN VILLAGE in Forlimpopoli is an excellent example of local redevelopment and promotion of the use of bicycles.

The Bernardi family's Bike Park, inaugurated in 2023, has been a great success: in fact, over 200,000 visitors were registered in the first six months of opening.

An area of 70 thousand square meters totally renovated according to a project by retraining which combined economy, environment, sport, well-being and free time in a masterful way.

In particular, this project has been able to involve many local companies, giving new life to abandoned and disused land.

The BRN VILLAGE it managed to integrate perfectly into a framework made up of economic, environmental and tourist synergies.

With 500 trees and a cycle/pedestrian path of almost 2 km that connect the park to other cycle paths coming from the urban center,  it has returned green areas, infrastructures and dedicated services to residents and tourists.

The park hosts 6 tracks, some dedicated to children such as the Yellow Track, designed for road safety education, or the Blue Track for more experienced children who want to improve their technical skills.

Then there are the orange slopes designed for the enjoyment of children over 8 years old and the green slope dedicated to mountains and MTB.

Finally there are dedicated slopes for over 14s, such as the red slope or the black slope with ramps.

The Bike Park is also equipped with services, such as the Alkaline Water house, the Bike Wash, the repair stations and the charging stations for e-bikes.

Finally there is the BRN Bike Café, where products dedicated to health, sport and, obviously, the territory are offered.

A wonderful place to have fun, relax and experience the area in the open air and in a sustainable way.
