After months of uncertainty, the great confirmation that all bike and cycle tourism enthusiasts have been waiting for arrives: the third edition of the Bike Festival will take place.
The event dedicated to the world of the Bike Industry and organized by the Municipality of Rimini, APT Servizi Emilia Romagna and Visit Romagna, will be held in the city of Rimini from 1 to 13 September 2020 and is ready to amaze well over 40,000 spectators, over the course of the three days.
With an expo area of over 45,000 m2, located in Fellini Park and the seafront in front, the event will host more than 300 brands from the world of bikes, accessories and clothing.
For this edition, the Fellini Park roundabout will be transformed into an off-road track where MTBs and E-MTBs can be tested, while there will be special dedicated tracks for Road Bikes, Urban Bikes and E-Bikes.
A particularly important positioning this year will also be given to the Bike Tourism Village, which will be placed in the heart of the village: this area will be dedicated to the world of cycle tourism where bodies, regions, municipalities, bike hotels and specialized tour operators will have the opportunity to present their proposals dedicated to holidays on two wheels.
It will be possible to find multiple offers, dedicated to everyone, from experts to novices, and it will be possible to plan your stay dedicated to cycling.
The Bike Festival 2020 will also be a wonderful opportunity to consolidate the relationship between the bicycle industry and the tourism sector, thanks also to the many moments dedicated to training and insights into the sector.
There will also be many guests of honor, protagonists of the history of Italian and international cycling, such as Mario Cipollini, Alessandro Petacchi, Damiano Cunego, Gilberto Simoni and many others.
The third edition will also be free but, unlike previous editions, to access the Village it will be mandatory to register online on the site: https://bit.ly/IBF20_Registrati); once registration is completed, simply show up with the ticket to access the event.
