New year, new window for the mobility voucher!

After the click day of November 3, 2020, which saw the 215 million euros allocated for mobility incentives sold out in 24 hours, a new opportunity opened up on January 14, 2021, active until February 15, to send the documentation needed to request reimbursement on the purchase of bicycles, e-bikes and electric scooters.

The refund will only apply to those who have not already received it, for purchases made from May 4 to November 2, 2020.

“There are already 119 thousand people who have pre-registered in the window that closed on December 9th for an estimated value of about 35 million euros. Now everyone will have to enter their data and valid invoices or receipts on the website buonomobilita.it” reads the official press release from the Ministry of the Environment.

How can I claim the bonus?

You must have an invoice or receipt certifying the purchase and your SPID identity.

Requests must be submitted on the dedicated portal and refunds will be issued after the site closes, i.e. on February 15th.

We remind you that the mobility bonus can be requested only once for the purchase of new or used bicycles, both traditional and pedal-assisted, and electric scooters, hoverboards and segways.

The bonus is equal to 60% of the expenditure incurred for a maximum of 500 euros.

Beneficiaries must be adults residing in:

– municipalities with populations greater than 50,000 inhabitants

– regional capitals and provincial capitals

– metropolitan cities (Bari, Bologna, Cagliari, Catania, Florence, Genoa, Messina, Milan, Naples, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Rome, Turin and Venice)
