Renting an e-bike from us is very simple! When you come to pick up the bike, we will ask you for documents (identity card and tax code) and a credit card on which we will make a pre-authorization which will then be released when you return the bike

The collection will be carried out at 9.00 on the day of the rental; by agreeing in advance and if possible, you can pick up the e-bike the night before. For half-day afternoon rental, the e-bike will be available from 3.30 pm

The rental cost includes, in addition to the e-bike, an object bag, a safety padlock and an anti-puncture spray can

The e-bike is a normal bicycle in all respects, with the great advantage that it will allow you to tackle any type of route in a very simple way, and does not require any level of physical preparation.
Upon delivery, our highly specialized staff will show you step by step all the information that will allow you to fully enjoy the experience riding our e-bikes.

This is a difficult question to answer because battery consumption strongly depends on the support level set on the e-bike as well as on the riding mode, the cyclist's weight and the characteristics of the route being tackled. We can easily equip you with a battery charger if the journey is demanding or if the rental covers several days.

Organized tours are experiences organized directly by the e-bike travel shop, with pre-established dates and which are carried out once the minimum number of people indicated is reached. For reservations made within 48 hours before the tour date, please contact us by phone for confirmation.
Customized tours are tours that are organized according to the customer's needs, for this reason they must be booked at least a few days in advance. For special needs, however, we invite you to contact us in the shop.

Together with the rental of the e-bike and included in the price, we always provide a padlock which guarantees high security and which we recommend using every time you want to stop and get away from the bike. Remember to tie the frame to a non-removable element (never use the wheels as an anchor) and follow the instructions provided by our staff. If you rent the bike for several days, make sure that your accommodation is equipped with a room to secure the bike. In case of theft, our regulation provides for the payment of the value of the stolen bike.
